Dives concentrated in the period from April to September, often with poor visibility from June onwards. Poor sea life until June and water temperature below seasonal average until July. These were the characteristics of 2019, which however did not prevent me from taking photos and enjoying the show of the underwater
life of my beloved Conero!

June
after a very rainy, cold and no dives May, finally we start diving, but obviously with murky water. This month, that is usually the richest in marine life, also this year does not disappoint. It’s worth mentioning the remarkable presence of Pleurobranchaea meckeli and Tritoniopsis cincta.

July
finally water starts to warm up, even if the visibility does not improve. We focus mainly on the cliff cracks. Some of the main characters appear at Trave, Cratena peregrina and Flabellina affinis.
